National Account Manager

Full-Time in Tampa, FL - Sales

Summary
Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients within the automotive industry. We use an aggressive sales approach to build successful territories and pipelines. Our team maintains repeat business while constantly working to further expand their individual client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • New business development, lead follow-up, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Call prospects and initiate contact, create lasting first impression with key decision-makers.
  • Convert prospects by providing solutions that meet their business needs and improve their ability to generate business.

Requirements

  • Build new client base and maintain relationships with acquired accounts.
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and objectives to leadership.
  • Build, maintain and expand sales pipeline to meet monthly quotas.
  • Track and maintain all prospect and customer activity within CRM.
  • Willingness to learn and understand our product solutions, target market and customer challenges.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear; finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Call Center Representative

Full-Time in Tampa, FL - Sales
Job Summary
The BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for our clients marketing campaigns, connecting potential customers with our clients. The position provides the customer with in-depth product knowledge and service information. The BDC coordinator provides quality customer service, collects data and maintains database through custom software. This position works in a call center environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Responds to inbound and outbound calls from customers who are responding to our clients marketing campaign and customer requests.
  • Enters accurate notes and updates customer lead data into custom software to ensures accuracy for use by all staff.
  • Sets appointments for customers and transfers call to appropriate staff when needed.
  • Identifies and resolve customer needs and effectively overcome customer objections by following departmental processes using tools, scripting and checklists.
  • Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Meets daily metrics and call quota minimums.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
